Services to use alongside the Weather API.
Use the locations service with a zip or postal code to obtain the latitude and longitude values to pass to observations and forecasts. This is currently only available for United States zip codes and Canada postal codes.
Use the timezone resource with the same latitude and longitude, or those of the station to get the appropriate IATA Timezone value to convert the UTC times to local station times.
